A buzzy little spot close to Holborn, Viet Eat is small and cosy, with communal seating and an array of Vietnamese staples on the menu.
I'm here for Banh Mi, I go for the classic, and am not disappointed. The warm, light baguette arrives arranged on a black slate board. Five-spice roast pork is tasty, with earthy chicken pate adding a layer of richness, whilst warmth comes from a smattering of pickled red chilli, and crunchy veg adds freshness.
This is a good Banh Mi experience. Worth returning for? Affirmative.
