Love ramen? Then Bone Daddies is the place for you. The Old Street outpost is effortlessly cool, a ramen bar bashing out a killer rock soundtrack. Hues of purple and black decorate the joint, and bottles of Sake with eye-catching labels sit on display.
On-hand at the table are bibs with the trademark Bone Daddies logo, slurping is expected. Fiery chilli sauce, whole garlic cloves, sesame seeds, there are condiments galore, and a jar of hair bands for the lady who doesn't want ramen splattered hair. Must-try is the deeply flavoured Tonkotsu, the pork bone broth could be guzzled up as a soup in its own right. Chicken broth Tantanmen adorned with moreish pork mince is well spiced, the sesame-rich broth could be too rich for some. It can't be denied that the chashu pork in both dishes is high quality, moist and delicious.
Get yourself down to Bone Daddies for an authentic ramen experience, in a relaxed and snazzy setting.
